CORPORATE POLICY
It is with great pleasure that we wish to state and share the values by which we are inspired every day.
The Policy of dicartgroup S.p.A. is based on ensuring compliance with the requirements demanded by the Customer, meeting their needs and expectations, taking into account, in management and economic choices, respect for the environment and the life cycle of products.
Respect for people, legality, quality of products and services provided, protection of workers and respect for the environment represent the ethical-social values that have always been part of company policy.
For these reasons, with the aim of improving the promotion and respect for these values, and with the goal of continuously improving the quality of its products and services, it has decided to implement an Internal Management System that is based on international standards of Quality, Environment and Social Responsibility.
Quality Policy
dicartgroup S.p.A. is committed, through careful monitoring of the performance of all major processes and careful and systematic analysis of customer needs, to placing the customer at the center of activities, offering and adapting all processes to their particular needs, implicit and explicit, detected by monitoring both cultural progress and the achievement of the objectives agreed upon in the contractual phase.
Environmental Policy and Sustainability
dicartgroup S.p.A. is committed, through research and refinement of products marked by sustainability and the elimination of chemicals that are hazardous to the environment and human health and/or on the MRSL restricted list of Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) to:
– Promote business growth with management choices that, in addition to economic parameters, consider environmental aspects;
– Promote the circular economy by directing customers and suppliers to more respectful solutions for the environment that enhance the use of recycled materials and encourage the development of sustainable production;
– Reduce environmental impacts and to comply with mandatory environmental regulations.
Social Responsibility Policy
dicartgroup S.p.A. conducting its business in the utmost compliance with ethical and social standards, ensuring integrity, transparency and compliance with applicable laws, is committed to:
– support the protection and safeguarding of human rights and fundamental freedoms in accordance with the principles affirmed in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights and subsequent international human rights conventions;
– Recognize and respect the principles established by the fundamental conventions of the ILO “International Labor Organization” and in particular the right of association through the free membership of workers in trade unions, the prohibition of forced and child labor through labor relations exclusively under the CCNL., and the prohibition of discrimination on the basis of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, political and trade union affiliation, sexual orientation and gender identity
, language or different ability, and the current legislation on labor and workers’ rights;
– not practice corporal punishment and prohibit degrading treatment, abuse, coercion and any form of intimidation;
– not procure materials in areas where there is armed conflict, widespread violence or other risk of human rights injury.
dicartgroup S.p.A., aware that for the achievement of Quality and Environment and Social Responsibility objectives the active contribution of all stakeholders is crucial, requires the sharing and participation of all personnel and partners. The commitments made in this Policy are pursued through improvement objectives, for the achievement of which Management ensures all
necessary resources and support.
dicartgroup S.p.A. undertakes to constantly monitor the pursuit of these commitments, through cycles of scheduled audits, the review of objectives and targets, the revision of this Policy on an annual basis, and in any case whenever contingent needs make it necessary.
