SA8000

dicargroup s.p.a. adopts a management system for corporate social responsibility according to the voluntary Social Accountability SA 8000 standard, based on the ILO (International Labor Organization) conventions, on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and on United Nations Convention to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women.

The standard characterizes companies that focus on the rights and well-being and protection of workers involved directly or indirectly in the production chain, also considering suppliers’ employees and external collaborators who assist in the activities.

The company that obtains the SA8000 certificate assures its interlocutors and employees that the Organization is a safe place to work and that it offers adequate working conditions in compliance with collective agreements and local regulations.
In fact, certified companies are regularly verified by independent Certification Bodies, which certify compliance with the standard.
